"Prices seemed a lot higher than elsewhere"
I was shopping around for a night vision setup and checked this site early on, but the prices really threw me off. A few other places had similar stuff for less, so it kind of felt like they were hoping people wouldn’t compare too closely. Maybe the gear itself is totally fine, but I couldn’t convince myself to pay that much more. I ended up ordering from another site. If you’re trying to stay on budget, I’d definitely look around first.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, but using the site on my phone was kind of a hassle. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I found myself getting a little frustrated waiting around. The menu also wasn’t super clear at first, so it took me a minute to figure things out. It works, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Not great once it gets really dark"
I was excited to try this out, but it didn’t do much for me in actual low light. At night I could barely see past my porch, and the image looked grainy and kind of washed out. Maybe it works fine in slightly dim areas, I don’t know, but for what I needed it was disappointing. It’s not completely terrible, just definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Not sure the image quality is legit"
Maybe it was just mine, but the image looked blurry to me. I kept wondering if something was off with the product or if the photos made it seem clearer than it actually is.

"Range didn’t seem as good as I hoped"
I haven’t done any exact testing or anything, but from my use, the thermal range felt a lot shorter than I expected. It might depend on conditions, but it was a bit disappointing for me

"Order was a little off"
I got my order from usnightvision.com, but it wasn’t exactly what I had picked out. One of the items was different from what was shown on my order, which was a bit frustrating. Shipping was fine, but now I have to deal with sorting out the wrong item, haha. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest.

"Overpriced, and they didn’t even handle my simple request"
I feel like I paid way more than this was worth. The quality was just okay, nothing special, and the value really wasn’t there for me. What made it more frustrating was that I had a basic request that seemed to get ignored, which just made the whole experience feel even less worth the money.

I ordered from usnightvision.com and, to be fair, the product was totally fine once it finally showed up. But the shipping? Yeah, that was rough. I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay… any update today?” and most of the time there was basically nothing. So I was just sitting there wondering where it was and when it might actually arrive. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but if I needed something fast, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
i ordered a night vision item because the website said it was in stock. got the order confirmation right away, so i figured everything was good.

a couple days went by with no real update, so i reached out to ask what was happening. that’s when they told me it actually wasn’t available, and the replies after that were vague with no clear timeline.

it was just frustrating. if the inventory on the site isn’t accurate, it wastes people’s time, and now i’ve got to start the whole search over somewhere else

"A bit confusing, but not the worst"
I don’t know, the site was okay I guess, but also kind of frustrating at the same time. I had to click around for way longer than I expected just to find what I was looking for, and some of the product details felt scattered all over the place. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped...

I had a warranty issue with US Night Vision Corp it was frustrating. It took way too long to get straight answers, and I never really felt like anyone was trying to help. The whole thing also made me question the quality of what I bought in the first place. I ended up annoyed and disappointed, and I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Staff didn’t seem as knowledgeable as I expected"
I went in with a few basic questions about the gear, but the staff seemed a bit unsure on the specs. Compared to other places I’ve shopped where they can usually explain the differences right away, this felt a little underwhelming. I reached out with a question before placing an order, and the replies just didn’t feel very clear or helpful. A friend had actually recommended I check them out, so I was hoping for a smoother experience, but I still didn’t feel like I got the guidance I needed. It just feels kind of cheap compared to what I thought I was getting. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be some extra cost or fine print tucked in somewhere, which made the whole purchase feel a little off

The gear felt kinda cheap right out of the box, and it just didn’t last very long. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but it wore out way faster than I thoight it would.
